Summer Law Clerk Program

Duration: 10-11 weeks, from early June through early August each year

Program Overview:

Join our boutique law firm specializing in appellate practice for an enriching summer law clerk program. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and busy appellate environment. Each summer, we accept a maximum of two clerks, ensuring personalized mentorship and substantial involvement in ongoing cases.

What You'll Do:

As a summer law clerk, you'll be deeply integrated into our practice, contributing to a variety of tasks including:

- Conducting legal research and drafting memos

- Assisting in the preparation of appellate briefs and other court documents

- Observing oral arguments and strategy sessions

- Participating in client meetings and case discussions

- Collaborating with experienced attorneys on complex legal issues

Eligibility:

We seek highly motivated law students with a strong interest in appellate law. Ideal candidates will have excellent research and writing skills, as well as a keen analytical mind.

Application Process:

Applications are considered between August and December of the year preceding the summer clerkship. Due to the competitive nature of our program, positions may be filled before December if we receive outstanding applications early in the process. We encourage interested candidates to apply as soon as possible to ensure consideration.
