I am a native of Albuquerque and graduated from Albuquerque Academy. I earned a Bachelor's degree at the University of Kansas where I also started my banking career. After moving to Boston in the early 90's, I continued working for community banks in the area, ultimately becoming Director of Marketing for Winchester Savings Bank. I also earned a Masters of Business Administration from Bentley College during my time in Boston.

Working for small, local banks has given me broad knowledge of business operations as well as tools for improving efficiency, streamlining workflows, and delivering exceptional service. In July 2023, I moved back to Albuquerque and joined Atler Law Firm as Operations Manager. I am excited to bring my professional experience and skills to the legal field.
I wear several hats as Operations Manager for the firm. One of my core duties involves financial planning and budget oversight. My goal is to ensure the firm's financial health by closely managing budgets and resources, making thoughtful financial decisions that support the firm's goals and mission. I also oversee client billing and accounts receivable. This involves maintaining precise and efficient billing processes, guaranteeing that our clients receive accurate and timely invoices, which in turn contributes to the firm's financial stability. Another significant aspect of my role is the implementation of case planning and management procedures. I work diligently to optimize our internal processes, ensuring that our legal team is well-equipped to handle cases efficiently and effectively.
In essence, my role revolves around harmonizing various elements to uphold the firm's operational efficiency and financial stability. I am dedicated to contributing my skills and expertise to help our team continuously improve in its efforts to deliver excellent service to our clients.
